Bob Marley: My Hero!

Today, I would like to talk about my hero after my Father.

This is MY HERO!

I know of this wonderful guy from my Father, we all know and love him as the unforgettable Bob Marley. When I was a little girl, every morning my Father would listen to all of Bob Marley's songs, starting with 'No Woman, No Cry'. I never heard of this kind of music before. I just liked the sound of it. It had a nice beat, good drums, just good music.

Wonderful guy, wonderful music, wonderful life.

After hearing this music every morning once my Father turned it on, I asked him one day about this guy. I would like to see him in concert, and my Father told me that he had died already. I said, "What!?! He died?!?! How can we listen to his music every morning?" And my Father didn't know how to explain it to me, but He just knew that Bob Marley was a great man. He only cared for other people, like a Jedi. All he wanted to do was help other people in the best way that he knew how, through his music. He gave his life for other people, to give them hope, and he died happy because of it.

I had an idea to get to know more about Bob. I wanted to know what happened to him. How did he die, and why?

What happened to you Bob?

I listened to all of his music, I looked at every picture of him. I took note of his style, how he carried himself, everything. And sometimes when I am sad and think too much about everything; sometimes when the world makes me cry; I listen to that song: 'No Woman, No Cry'. That makes me feel like I felt when my Father stroked my hair and told me 'everything is going to be alright'.

And when I am happy, I like to listen to the song, 'One Love', this makes me happy about everything. It's a wonderful, beautiful song. To me it means that you love everything in this world, you can have fun with everything. Life is wonderful. And when I am too tired of everything, I like to listen to 'Three Little Birds' because I need to remember; like my Father always told me; 'Everything is going to be alright'. That song gives me motivation to keep going, keep trying, to never give up.

Love you Forever!

What my tattoos mean.

I would like to share with you my thoughts about my tattoos and what they mean. I'm following a trend of thought here. Bear with me.

  My first tattoo:

What this tattoo means is: I made this design. Not the same as anyone else. The name of this tattoo is 'Freedom Heart'. When I thought of making this tattoo, I had my future husband in mind. Who will be my husband? Who my husband will be will know me for who I am. He will respect my freedom. Who will this man be? I don't know, who can really get to know me? That is why there is a blank space. And when I do get married, I will put my husband's name in that blank space. It is worth the wait.

My next tattoo:

This tattoo has no name, it is just a way to express how I feel.

Every February 14th (Valentine's Day), why is it that you can only give a flower to the person you love once a year. Why not every day? Why not all the time? You can't love the person you're with unless it's on that one day? WTF?

This is why I put this tattoo on my body. Because, when I am in love; I am in love every day; forever. I want the man that I love to know that whenever he looks at me.

And now I have, the heart and flower on my body, for love. I love my beautiful body, I would like for other people to be able to appreciate the love that I have for my beautiful body too. I would also hope that they could understand what my tattoos mean.

So that brings us to my next tattoo:

I really love tigers. The colors, the power, their cool feline presence. I wear tiger print shirts, shoes, handbags, jeans. Everything. Tigers are awesome! I had the thought of just putting a tiger tattoo on my body too. Why not? It took three weeks to get this tattoo put on my back. It really hurt. I wanted it. I didn't let the pain stop me. I wanted my tiger. The guy who gave me this tattoo tried to warn me, 'This will hurt, it will take a long time, are you sure you want to do this?' I am a strong woman though, I made it happen. I am the Tiger Woman.

What do you think? How do you feel about this? Now that you know what my tattoos mean, will you still judge me? Does it still make me a bad person? What do you have to say now?

This is Jasmine Tiger. Me. That's Who I am.

Tattoos: Bad person, Good person????

What do you think about people with Tattoos? Does it make you a bad person if you decide to put a tattoo on your body? Can people still see past your tattoo to your true nature, to your heart? What do you think?

I am a Thai woman and a long time ago, I heard about people with tattoos. What most older people think is if you have a tattoo, you've been to jail. I don't know if everyone in the world thinks like this; that's why I want to know. I would like to know if this is what people really think, if you have a tattoo, you've been to jail; you're a bad person.

Why can't you just want to have something beautiful on your body for everyone to see. How do you know if a person with a tattoo is bad or not? Have you talked to that person? Did you sit and have a drink with that person? Do you know what that person is going through in their life right now? Did you walk a mile in their mocassins?

Yeah, think about that the next time you want to judge someone who you see with a tattoo.

'You can't judge a book by it's cover.' Someone famous and very smart said that a long time ago. Who is listening?

And, I would like to tell you, every tattoo has a story. If you are smart, you decide to put some thought into what is going to be displayed on your body for the rest of your life. All of the tattoos I have on my body tell the story of my life, the story of what I love, the story of what I dream and hope for. Did you think about that when you saw this tattooed girl? Or did you just make up a thought in your head that made you feel better about yourself. Maybe, you are older, maybe you don't know about things in the world, maybe you just don't care.

I am here to tell you that everything means something to someone. It is better to ask and find out for yourself instead of just making a rash judgement about someone, based ONLY on HOW THEY LOOK.

Think about that.

Yes, I have a nice box too!

I have fun story would like to share about my nice box. A little while ago I was looking for my favorite pair of shoes, really nice shoes, to go on sale. I had been looking for these shoes for a month already, waiting for a cheap price. One fine day they had a promotion for a really cheap price. Yey! I bought them when I finished work and took them home to show my boyfriend.

Whenever I buy something, he is never happy because I have too many shoes already. So, when I come home I want to say something nice about my shoes, how nice they are, how good they make me feel, how comfortable they are; just to shut him up for a while. I say to him, "Honey, look at what I have to show you!!" I bought a new pair of sexy shoes. They are really comfortable and..." But he isn't impressed. He says, "Oh, those are really nice looking shoes." But I can see in his face that it really isn't a big deal to him. I know he's thinking, "She bought ANOTHER pair of shoes, oh great." Anyway, I say "Thank you."  He goes right to the toilet afterwards. While he's in there, as an afterthought I say to him "Honey, I have a nice box too!"

He was quiet for a second and then he said,  "Hold on what did you say"? And he started laughing really loud. I asked, "What are you laughing so hard about? Did I say something funny? Did I say something wrong? All I said was, I have a nice box. What is the problem"?

He comes out of the toilet to explain to me, once he can stop laughing, about what it means to 'have a nice box'. He looks at me and then looks at the box and laughs again. He says, "Yes you do." And laughs again. I've had enough, I tell him, "Hey, stop. Explain to my why you laugh so much about this". He explained to me about the word 'box'. When a man hears a woman say, "I have a nice box" that means something completely different than a shoebox or a hatbox. I ask him what does that mean? He explains to me a box is what you put something into, he keeps laughing while he is explaining it. He goes on to say,  "...like you put something in a drawer, you put something into a box..." Then he asks me where can you put something into a woman....?" Mmmmmm, AHAA!!  I got it now! I say "YES! I am happy to hear that, this is the truth. Yes I do."

Yes, I do have a nice box. Now I can teach my friends  because Thai women don't know about this. You have to be careful when you talk to a foreign man. When you say "I have a nice box."
What you're thinking about and what he's thinking about are not the same thing. After I told my friends this story they all told me that they would do their best to remember this. I say how could you forget something so hilarious? 5555555555555555

WOW! I've never seen anything like this except for special effects in the movies. This really happened! One night when I was out buying food with my boyfriend, while we were waiting to get our food we were looking out on the road; and do you know what happened?

I saw a motorbike going too fast making a turn, doing the wrong thing, and the car he passed was doing the right thing. It was too close for the car to brake, because the motorbike was driving too quickly and he might not have wanted to kill someone, this guy on the motorbike, but what happened was the guy driving the car had to swerve to avoid hitting the motorbike driver and then the car hit the corner of the divider and flipped over three times!!

The motorbike driver had already left a long time ago, not knowing or caring that he caused this accident that could have killed an innocent man who was probably just driving home from work. And the guy in the car was very, very lucky to have a good safe car, and that he was wearing his seatbelt. His car flipped over onto the other side of the road into oncoming traffic. He was lucky that no one was speeding in the other direction.

One older man said he just felt like driving slower that night. Also lucky. When we saw this car flip over three times, my boyfriend and I thought; everyone who saw this happen thought; that the man in the car was dead for sure. His airbag was outside of the car. I don't know what make of car it was, but it sure was a good one!

I thought, who can be this lucky when other people do the wrong thing? Can you think for a second? Maybe the man in the wrecked car has a nice family, a great job, what if he wasn't so lucky? Can people think of others? Why do you need to be in such a hurry? If you would slow down and think about your fellow human beings things like this wouldn't happen at all.

I hope that the motorbike driver realized that he almost killed someone by being in such a hurry or just showing off, whatever. I hope that the man in that car is still enjoying his good life and that he will continue to be lucky.
Hello My friends. welcome to me! ^^
